Legacy NIL is a full-service name, image, and likeness (NIL) agency dedicated to empowering high school and collegiate athletes through strategic brand building, deal negotiation, and long-term planning. Legacy NIL was founded by former NFL wide receiver and certified contract advisor LeRon McCoy, alongside longtime NFL Scouting Coordinator and marketing executive Ishmail Kamara, who has spent over 15 years representing professional athletes and securing national brand partnerships. Together, they bring a rare combination of insider experience, industry expertise, and deep relationships that help athletes at every level unlock their full NIL potential. Ishmail Kamara brings over two decades of experience in the athlete representation industry, with a proven track record in brand development, marketing strategy, and athlete recruiting. Throughout his career, he has worked with top-tier NCAA and NFL athletes, securing over $25 million in marketing and endorsement deals across national and regional platforms. A specialist in athlete brand building, Ishmail has helped clients shape their public image, grow their social presence, and align with brands that reflect their values and vision. His work has resulted in long-term partnerships for athletes across major categories including apparel, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. Prior to co-founding Legacy NIL, Ishmail served for over ten years as the Director of Recruiting at a nationally respected sports agency, where he led athlete acquisition and relationship management. His ability to identify potential, build trust, and deliver value has made him a go-to figure for athletes and families navigating today’s evolving landscape. Ishmail holds a degree in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where he leads Legacy NIL’s national recruiting and marketing efforts.

A former NFL wide receiver and certified contract advisor, LeRon has dedicated his post-playing career to helping athletes build generational wealth and strong personal brands. After a successful career at the collegiate and professional level—including being drafted by the Arizona Cardinals—LeRon transitioned into athlete representation with Rosenhaus Sports, one of the most recognized sports agencies in the world. During his time there, he contributed to contract negotiations, research, and player support, playing a direct role in deals totaling over $444 million in guaranteed money. As part of the Rosenhaus team, he was embedded in a firm that has negotiated more than $2 billion in contracts for NFL players. Now, as Co-Founder of Legacy NIL, LeRon focuses on guiding high school and collegiate athletes through the evolving NIL landscape. His approach blends firsthand experience, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to helping athletes protect their value, amplify their platforms, and prepare for life beyond the game.
